Requirements

When writing guides for the DC-DreamOS group you must follow a certain standard format. This makes filing and accessing documents easier for developers and users. Documents must follow the below guidelines:

1. Must include document information at the very top of the page in the following format:


DC-DreamOS Group
"Title" Rev. "#" (if directly related to DreamOS, it must begin with "DreamOS")
"Compatible OSs" (must specify Cygwin if compatible or "Not Applicable" for none)
Copyright "Name" "Date"

ex.
DC-DreamOS Group
DreamOS Developement Environment Rev. 0.6
All Unix OSs (including Cygwin)

2. Must include the below table of contents (extra sections can be added):

Help & Comments
Bibliography


3. Must seperate sections by five slashes the topic name and another five slashes:
ex.
----- Requirements -----

4. Help & Comments must contain the dc-dreamos-main@lists.sourceforge.net list address and optionally the author's address

5. Bibliography must contain all sources used to create the guide

This guide follows the above outlined format, therefore you can use it as an official reference while writing your document.
